  I want to thank Altus Townson Row staff Brandon for the exceptional professional support during the application process for my son. I had a horrible experience with Morganview Apartments finding that they waitlisted my son after completing the application on May 17th and paying a deposit. The professionalism of Brandon was welcoming, and customer friendly and he was overall patient with my numerous questions. I can only hope that everyone has a positive experience as we did with the Altus Towson Row staff. This helps to cut down on the frustration as a parent finding off-campus housing for my son. We got a call from Max the general manager to follow-up on the tiny loose ends. I called them back to confirm they had everything and we are squared away for our move in the next few weeks. Again, thanks Brandon and Max for making my experience wonderful.

  My son moved in in January and the team was incredibly helpful with the transition! The same energy that the staff had when we first looked into Altus has been a daily experience for him and I am happy with his choice to live here. He already signed a renewal! There is an opening space in his unit in the Fall though so if anyone needs a roommate. Looking for someone clean and quiet but who likes to be social.

  The location was as huge selling point for me. After touring, not only was the model and building well maintained, it is located a few minutes from Towson. They offer parking but I won't need a car since its so close to everything in uptown. Never need an uber home either!

  Great location! It’s the perfect distance from campus and uptown. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff is kind and welcoming. The lobby is great and has modern feel to it. 10/10 recommend.
